Qualified leadership
ArcSplice Fiber is led by Richard Pullen, an FOA-certified fiber optic technician. Richard remains directly involved in reviewing scopes, coordinating requirements, and performing or overseeing the agreed field work.

ArcSplice evaluates work throughout North and South Carolina on a project-by-project basis. Availability and response time depend on location, schedule, crew requirements, equipment, and the defined scope.
